Fibre sampling system FAP

In combination with a sampling pump is the fibre sampling system FAP according to IFA (Institut für Arbeitsschutz DGUV) used for the fibre sampling. Usually the sampling head FAP is used with a volume flow 2 l/min. During measurement at work station use 2 to 4 l/min, during stationary interior measurement use: 6 to 10 l/min. The sampling is done with the filter holding downwards, open to the filter holder without constriction or presaparator in front of the filter. Membrane filters with a pore diameter of 8µm and an outer diameter with 37mm are used. For the visual quantification are filters used with printed grid.
